Ryan has a career spanning across the globe, with three continents under his belt.
A graphic designer by trade, his career started out in Flash animation for web back in the early 2000’s in Melbourne, Australia. This expanded into motion GFX at Spinifex, Sydney, where he designed and animated interactive US car show kiosks for Scion and Honda, created building projections on location for the World Expo in Shanghai, and animated graphics for the Beijing Olympic games opening ceremony.
Looking to expand his career, he spent a decade in London, UK, art directing for gaming clients, branding and VFX work, and working at Territory Studio creating FUI interfaces for feature films such as Prometheus, Ghost in the shell, Pacific Rim – Uprising, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Pokemon: Detective Pikachu to name a few.
Now in New York, he’s our resident aussie, looking to continue creating exciting work and bring his passion to Perception.
